I felt he was at best negligent and at worst dishonest in discussing setting the sale price of my home. We went over comps and he convinced me to set a sale price well below similar houses. I understand that can be a strategy because it can drum up interest and create a bidding war. However, my issue is the fact that when we were discussing the price per square foot, he used 2,000 sqft for my house when it was actually 2,086 sqft.
