Then you go up the open stairs to the master bedroom which has a full shower bathroom. So there are two bedrooms, but there is visual privacy but sounds do travel up and down and from bedroom to bedroom. This works well for singles and a couple, or as a live/space.. It can work for two couples if you don't mind hearing what the people in the other bedroom do in bed if they are loud. You have a private front balcony The rear balcony leads up a ship's ladder (kind of steep) to a large, private rooftop deck, with amazing views of the city, mountains, and great sites. You have a BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, etc. This is truly an outdoor living room and dining room. Perfect for morning coffee, watching the sunset, or an evening with the twinkling lights of LA. Great for small gatherings but large parties (over 10 people) are absolutely prohibited and that is strictly enforced. Also, we need to be respectful of our neighbors, so no amplified music or noise after 10 pm is allowed. 220 outlet could be used for car charging. PRICE IS $199/night during the off-season, $249/night during the high season. LA City tax collected for stays shorter than 30 days. Longer-term discounts are possible.
